(3) Zoegetics International, LLC began offering business opportunities for its products and services to independent distributors on September 15, 2008.
Zoegetics International, LLC will provide all independent distributors with the products and services purchased by the independent distributor. In addition, if the independent distributor purchases a fast start package or other marketing materials, Zoegetics International, LLC will provide the distributor with any such items or materials purchased. Training materials and samples may be included with the marketing package depending upon which package the independent distributor purchases. If the prospective distributor elects not to be an independent distributor, but instead, simply chooses to purchase the product, the purchaser will receive the products purchased. The initial product offered by Zoegetics International, LLC is Zoe Life, a nutritional supplement that contains fruits and vegetables. This document will be updated as additional products and services are offered. A detailed list of the products and services offered is also included on the Zoegetics International, LLC website at www.zoegetics.com. To assist in the sale of Zoegetics International, LLC’ S products and services, independent distributors may purchase promotional products such as clothing, accessories, outdoor gear and other items. All distributors will, for training purposes, have regular opportunities to participate in conference calls, webinars and to view online training materials, webcasts and videos. These too, may be found at www.zoegetics.com.
(5) The company has not issued any financial statements at this time because it is a start-up company. However, as of September 15, 2008, the company undertook an investment in excess of $1,000,000.00 in product research and development and over $275,000.00 in additional startup capital. In addition; since the original investment there has been additional investments of $1,489,000.
(6) Training materials are always provided free of charge on the Zoegetics International, LLC, website, www.zoegetics.com. As stated above, independent distributors may participate in training conference calls and webinars. Additional marketing videos, print materials and other forms of training may be provided to independent distributors from time to time, sometimes for a fee depending upon the type of media purchased (e.g., DVD, VHS, etc…) and the provider of such materials. The materials provided on the Zoegetics International , LLC website vary in length from fifteen minutes to several hours. Independent distributors are encouraged to participate in as many training sessions, conference calls and webinars as possible, though none are required. |
